Our three teams travel extensively and even when not travelling speak day in day out with the people we know and trust on the ground in each region.
And because we talk to most of our clients at length on their return from a holiday we have constant feedback on the choices and decisions we have made.
We are constantly refining what we do … we know that we are only as good as the last holiday we have planned.

We understand the detail of each destination. So we know how best to use your time and your money. From the moment you speak to us until the moment you return, a dedicated destination expert is working to get more out of every hour of every day. Usually without you knowing it.

4) Financial protection
Your money is safe.
We are fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL no: 3208). This means that the money you spend with us and the holiday you book with us is not at risk in case of business failure.
Particularly in the regions where we operate and in times of economic uncertainty, travelling with an established and fully bonded tour operator is absolutely fundamental.
ATOL (The Civil Aviation Authority) protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. It does this by carrying out checks on the tour operators and travel organisers it licenses, and requiring them to take part in a financial guarantee scheme managed by the Air Travel Trust (ATT) which provides the funds to protect customers should a firm fail. If a tour operator goes out of business, the CAA will ensure you do not lose the money you paid or if you're abroad, they will arrange for you to finish your holiday and fly home. Cazenove + Loyd’s ATOL number is 3208.
