Most visitors are simply shunted past the country’s interior on their way to the islands but we have discovered some lovely, small lodges in areas where tourism treads very lightly.

Ecuador is a very special place to spend some time. Being on the equator, Ecuador can be visited all year round but its many different micro-climates mean that you’ll need careful advice from our destination experts.
